Go green, Solar shades. Saw this from a home renovation magazine. It can reduce up to 95% of the damaging UV rays, glare and heat gain, while allowing to keep the view. It gives "daytime" privacy or where the outside light is brighter than the light inside. SO if you have lights on at night then people can see in. If you do not have lights on then you will have privacy (haha). I guess we have to go with darker roller shades that will give us privacy day AND night.

By the way, I wonder how much it cost.
