Too busy to update what've happened in the past week. My pastry chef took a week off because his fiancee was having a baby! I don't feel very happy about it since we paid $100 in tuition everyday (which is $700 for a week) and it was like we've been missing a week of class. We did quite a lot of repetition things in a week but without a proper guide. He is too disorganized, this is what I want to say. Boo. Anyway, J is back! We spent some time in furniture hunting in town and online, even drove all the way to West Vancouver.
